Facilities

Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one en-suite.
The main bedroom has a double bed, the other room two singles and the lounge has a double sleeper couch.
Both apartments have sea view, braai area, and television with DSTV (bring your own smart card).
There is a double garage which can be shared between the two apartments & sufficient inside paved parking.
Both flats have crockery and cutlery for six people and two sets of bedding for each bed.
Maximum occupancy per apartment is six persons.
No towels are supplied - please bring your own.
Each kitchen is fitted with oven & hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board.

The house was completed at the end of August 2006 and comprises of two separate apartments which can accommodate six people each.

Terms & Conditions

To confirm the booking a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

Payment of the deposit and/or taking up the reserved accommodation is construed to be acceptance of these conditions and binding upon all tenants

Units will be available for occupation from 2pm on the day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

These apartments are non smoking areas - please assist us to keep the units
in the condition you find them and report any maintenance issues.
